1. Choose the admin for the account you need to reset :

2. Click on "forgot your password"
3. Fill in the e-mail field with the exact login mail given to you previously
The login e-mail is sent to you by e-mail and/or in a ticket.
be careful, a space can sometimes appear at the beginning or end of a word when copying/pasting.
-> If the login is known, you will receive an e-mail directly in your mailbox.
-> If you receive nothing, the login is not correct.
Look for it in your inbox, or contact us, indicating the following information so that we can help you efficiently :
- the platform (DLU, Yepgarage, Ecalendro)
- the country and the type (b2b, b2c, blog etc)
- the e-mail address you've entered
Don't give out your password in clear text unless we ask you to.
4. Set or choose a new password with the link received by mail
Note that : If the e-mail you've been given looks like myname+abc-az@email.com don't be afraid, the part +abc-az is called an alias. Do not delete the alias.
An alias permits us to create multiple account with one mail and it allows you to distinguish your accounts. It will leads to your mail myname@email.com.
