CTAs (Call to actions), like all other dealer data, can be managed for each dealer independently by selecting them from the "Points of sale" interface or by bulk import.
Envelope exposure management :
It is possible to manage the exposure of CTAs at envelope level. This enables each type of CTA to be exposed independently for all dealers where the CTA is activated and contains data.
This activation is possible at dashboard level on a Yep garage account.
Or in the "Dealer Options" tab.
Manual management dealer level :

After clicking on "edit" for a dealer on the point-of-sale interface, go to the "Activity" tab.
Two actions are possible for each CTA.
Activate/deactivate the CTA :
- By editing and saving each CTA, you can change its value and choose whether or not to select the "Open in new tab" option. This editing is uncorrelated with CTA activation or deactivation. A CTA can therefore contain a URL without being exposed at any given moment.
Mass import management at dealer level :

For this part, you will need to use export and import processes : 2 steps
- If you do not know how to create an import format, use the process “Import/export format creation process & update”
- If you do not know how to export and import a format, use the process “massive export/import process”.
Every field that can be edited manually at dealer level can be edited by bulk import.
This requires an import format containing the following elements (example for editing the "Appointment" CTA) :
These elements can be found in the "CTA" import format field selection group.
1-The URL field must contain the correct URL. (dealer-format-import-external-iframe-appointment)
2-The active field conditions the exposure of the CTA. (dealer-format-import-external-iframe-appointment-active)
3-The "blank" field corresponds to the "Open in new tab" option. (dealer-format-import-external-iframe-appointment-blank)
The active and blank fields must contain an "x" to be activated in this way.
