Pathway : Your network > Services
First, if the service doesn't exist, create it in the language you want by choosing the language in the header then proceed as usual.
Once the service has been created, click on the "Edit" button (blue button) or double-click on the service to display the service's details, then change the language using the button in the header. You can change the label then save to apply the changes in this language.
