Pathway : Configurations -> Import formats
Step 1 : Create an import format about GPS
- Click on "add" to create a new import format
- Fill, at least, the mandatory information then save :
In the tab "Field", you need to create 3 fields, one after the other, then save.
Note that :
you must leave the first field automatically created (dealer ID) in ALL import formats, as it is essential for matching as it is the only unique ID.
In all case, group must be "Dealer information" :
Field type will be "Name", "Latitude" and "Longitude" :
You will have this :
Step 2 : Update info
Pathway : Your network -> Point of sale > Export
- Export all dealers with the new import format created just before.
Correct GPS coordinates you need -> only 5 digits after the decimal point

- On the same page, click on "import dealer", choose the format you've created then import the new file.
