The data in the DLU back office is transferred once a day, automatically, at night, to the ECOM back office.
So when you are on a E-com sites, data is :
- retrieved directly from the DLU when it's about dealer search
- other information is retrieved from the ECOM back office when it's about dealer details for example (which is updated automatically once a day from the DLU to the ECOM back office)
So if you have just made a change in the DLU back office and you cannot see it yet on the ECOM side, this is normal. You will need to wait 24 hours.
