Dealer visibility
In order for the dealer to be visible in the dealer locator, you must switch the dealer visibility toggle to ON.
Manually, you can do it in 2 ways :
- on the dealer list
- Or in the dealer detail
Note that : If your country is already on NextGen, this will be taken into account almost immediately on Michelin website. If it is an A3 site, please allow 24 to 48 hours.
By import :
You have to fill the column about the visibility of dealer named "active" :
- empty field is = no
- filled with x = yes
Marketing tags
Dealers must have marketing tags configured :
It can be done manually or by import.
Exemple : If you want this dealer to be visible on the Motorcycle line, the relevant marketing tags must be selected for this dealer. In this case, it would be “Is Certified For Michelin MO.”
Time
A2 website :
A file is automatically sent once a day at a fixed time to Michelin. It may take up to 48 hours for Michelin to integrate changes made to the DLU. It sometimes takes longer to integrate if there are a lot of files in the queue on Michelin's side.
Nextgen website :
It depends on the Michelin website cache (without the cache, it's immediate because the information is transmitted via API).
