In the DLU you can configure automated Import and Export
"Configuration" -> "Dealer Import Config"
Dealer Import task can be seen through this tab, you can download the source file of an import directly from the DLU by clicking on the "download" button.
In this tab you can schedule automated import tasks.
You will need to select the Export/import format matching the file you will be automatically importing.
You need to select the locale of your country
You can define frequency by defining day interval
You need to define a time of day to schedule the task
Your file path is defined in the dedicated field
"Duplicate action" allows you to define how you want the import to behave with duplicates.
"Delete" missing dealers" means all the dealer not present in your import file and in the database will be deleted. This option should be used with extreme caution.
"Autorize massive increase" allow to authorize big modification in dealer's quantity in the database when importing with this task. It also authorize big deletion
You can temporary pause the execution without deleting the task
The connection should be defined on the dedicated selection field. Imports can be made from AWS3, SFTP and FTP
"Configuration" -> "Dealer Export Config"
You can see you Export task on this tab.
By clicking on the "File Path" you can directly download the actual export.
Please not that if you communicate this url to external persons, they will be able to download the latest update at any time. As long as the task is running.
You can create and edit Export Task.
Configuration here is quite simple, you just need to:
