Pathway from the back office : Your network > Dealer inactivity periods
On this screen, you can export a file to fill in inactivity periods.
To fill in inactivity periods for certain points of sale or all points of sale, go to “Your network" -> "Dealer inactivity periods” tab.
Click on "Inactivity export" so you will have a file with the expected format filled with all points of sale and their inactivity periods.
