You can manually export and import dealer's data in "Your Network" -> "Point of Sales"
In order to Export your complete data you need to click on "Export" and then select the Export/Import format you want to use. All the fields present in the format will be exported.
You can also export a filtered part of the database. For this you can filtre directly on this tab on "Name", "Address", "City" and "email". Only the matching dealers will be displayed. To export this filtered data base, please click on "Export Filtered data".
To Import dealers, go on "Import Dealer".
Select the Format depending on your Import file.
All the columns in your import file needs to match the import format. Every missing columns will be read as empty data and may delete data in the database.
Once you have imported your file, the data is not directly updated in the database. Some check needs to be done.
Each line in the file, meant to be a dealers will be displayed in this tab and can be in different state:
- "Create" the dealer is existing in the country's database but not in your envelop
- "Create new POS" the dealer is absolutely not existing in the country's database
- "Match selected" dealer recognized within your envelop, will be updated with the imported datas
- "Ask Authorization" happens when you create a new dealer in your envelop but this dealer is owned by an other user. This user needs to authorize this referencing.
- "Error" various error can reject a dealer from your import file, the error is specified in the tab. Dealers in this state can not be imported.
- "Duplicate entry in file" dealers recognized as strict duplicates, cannot be imported.
- "Need configuration" dealers as been match through proximity algorithm with one or more dealer in the country's database.
- "POS unknown by shop", no dealers should be in this state, feature will be removed
You can filter the dealer by state with this tab
"Sync Import" button is used to synchronize your import if some data has been changed in the database synchronize the import was launched
"Select all one match" allows you to pass all the dealers in state "Need configuration" with only one match to state "Match Selected"
"Import selected" is used to finally import the selected dealers in the database
"Export result" is used for advanced import purposes
Once you have treated all the dealers you wanted to import, you can select all the dealer you want to finally import in your data. For this, you can use the upper right filter and the checkboxes on the left side.
Once all you dealers are selected, you can click on "Import Only Selected". At this moment, dealer data will be imported in your database. Depending on the amount of dealers, this my take a few minutes.
