You have just imported a file into the tab Network > Point of sale > Import and you have an "internal error". The table is empty and you have error everywhere.
Go in Configuration > Import format and check the file type.
- If the file is set on "CSV" while importing an Excel spreadsheet, it will not work. You must change it for "Excel" then save.
Go back in Network > Point of sale > Import, abort your import then import your file again.
If the file is in CSV, check if the field Possible crossborder countries is filled. This field is only useful for envelopes that have multiple countries. If this does not apply to you, leave this field blank then save
Go back in Network > Point of sale > Import, abort your import then import your file again.
