What is an automatic export/import between two DLU database ?
An automated system for exporting from an envelope « A » and importing into another (we’ll call it envelop « B ». The effects of this setting are :
- Automated addition of dealers created on the envelope A into envelope the envelop B
- Allow to import automatically « special » fields such as marketing tags and custom values (which can not be inherited)
How to configure an automatic export/import ?
Pathway : Connect into your back office > Configuration > Dealer Import Config > Click on « Add »
You need to select an export/import format and make sure to select « Shop envelop » for the Connection part.
You can define the days interval and the time of the execution of your import. You’ll set « 1 » if you want the import to be executed on a daily basis and the time of day. You can see the history of the import executed (explained later in this document).
For duplicate action, select « Match first valide if possible ».
In “Shop Envelope Configuration” enter the shop code of the sending database (the database from where the data will be imported).
To see the history of these imports, you can consult it here in the menu : Your network > Point of sale > Import dealers > Section “History”.
