Step 1 : Go on Configuration -> Import Format
Step 2 : Click on "Add" in the upper right part
Step 3 : Set up your format :
- Insert a Name and description for internal use
- Select desired file type
- Check "Autorize incorrect phone number" if needed
- Check "Force geoloc calc if lat/lon not present" if needed
- Check "Reject duplicate entry file" if needed (strict duplicates are rejected in the import file)
- Other fields are not relevent for your use and might create issues, we reccomend not to
check them
Then Click on "Save"
Step 4 : Fill your import format
Once your format is created, the "Fields" tab will be available.
You can add any data you want, for this you should click on "Add"
Then choose the "Group" of the data you are looking for, and then select the data in "field
type".
And click on the green icon.
This new data is now at the bottom of your format.
Process again this step as many times as you need new data in your import format.

Here are the data Groups you might know in order to find the data your are looking for:
- "Adress" contains data about adresse, postcode, city, etc..
- "Dealer Information" contains all the main information about a dealer, for example ,name,
email, url, lat/long, Google Place ID etc.. Facilities are present in this section - "ERP" contains all ERP Values present on your database
- "CTA" contains all data related with Call To Action (url, activation and "open in new tab")
- "Meta Tags" contains all Meta tags present on you database
- "Services" contains all Services present on your database
- "Timetable" contains timetables for all 7 days morning and afternoon
If you want to move data between each other you can use up and down arrows.
You can also edit and delete each data by clicking on the dedicated buttons.
Updating an import/export format :
Step 1 : Configuration --> Import format
Step 2 : Click on the format which needs to be updated
Step 3 : Add, delete or change of position of the fields
To use the format, import, complete and export it, follow the process “Massive Export/import
