Manage Auto Export
To create an auto export go on "Configuration" -> "Dealer Export Config".
Click On "Add"
You need to have a specific "Import Format" alredy setted up. Select it.
And then define the day interval and the time within the day when the export will be refreshed.
You can define a specific File Path.
"Pause execution" allows to stop refresh while this is paused.
You can download the export by clicking on the link.
You can refresh the file manually by click on "Force Launch".
Manage Auto Import
In order to manage an Auto Import go on: "Configuration" -> "Dealer Import Config".
In order to create an Auto Import, click on "Add".
You need to have a specific "Import Format" alredy setted up. Select it.
And then define the day interval and the time within the day when the import will be refreshed.
You can define a specific File Path.
"Pause execution" allows to stop refresh while this is paused.
"Duplicate action" allow to define what to do it case of exact duplicates in the import file.
"Delete missing dealer" if activated will delete all the dealers present on the envelop but not in the import file. If a filter is applied on the "Import Format", delation will be only applied on filtered dealers in the envelop.
"Authorize massive increase" allows to do not block import if the import triggers the deletion or the creation of a significant part of the existing database.
"Connexion" define the type of connexion used to get the import file.
For "SFTP", "FTP", and AWS3, connection info will be asked and required in order to access to the dedicated storage.
If you select "Shop envelope" you will have the following fields:
"Shop Envelope" is used to import datas from another DLU envelope and should only be done by Tyredating teams.
You can apply a filter on a custom value or a network.
